Roblox

  1. 1. Go to: https://www.roblox.com/home
  2. 2. Create or log into an existing account 
  3. 3. Click the green play button, and follow the pop up prompt to download Roblox Player

SET UP YOUR METAMASK WALLET

Setting Up MetaMask Wallet:

  1. 1. Head to: https://metamask.io and install the MetaMask extension for your web browser 
  2. 2. Click on the MetaMask icon in your browser toolbar and select ‘Create a Wallet’.
  3. 3. Follow the prompts to set up a new wallet. You will be asked to create a password and write down a seed phrase. Make sure to store your seed phrase in a safe place, as it can be used to restore your wallet if you lose access to your device.
  4. 4. You should now be able to access your wallet by clicking on the MetaMask icon in your browser toolbar and entering your password.

That's it! You should now be all set up and ready to use your MetaMask wallet. Keep in mind that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, so be sure to double-check all transaction details before sending or receiving any funds.

HOoW-TO:
CREATE YOUR METAVERSE AVATAR

Create a Ready Player Me avatar:

  1. 1. Head to Ready Player Me: https://readyplayer.me/ and click on ‘Create your own avatar’ > Then select ‘Create Avatar’. 
  2. 2. Next, you'll be prompted to take a selfie. Follow the instructions to position your face within the frame and take the photo.  
  3. 3. After taking your selfie, you'll be taken to the avatar customization screen. Here you can customise your avatar's hair, skin colour, eye colour, and other features.
  4. 4. Once you're happy with your avatar's appearance, click ‘Finish’.
  5. 5. On the next screen, select "Spatial" as your platform and click ‘Export’.
  6. 6. You will be prompted to sign in to your Spatial account or create a new one if you haven't already.
  7. 7. Once you're logged in to Spatial, your avatar will be automatically imported into the platform. You can then use it to represent yourself in virtual meetings and events.

Create an avatar for Decentraland:

  1. 1. First, head over to: https://decentraland.org/ and click ‘Explore’.
  2. 2. Click on the "Create Your Avatar" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. 3. Choose your gender and select ‘Create Avatar’.
  4. 4. Next, you'll be prompted to select your avatar's skin colour, hair style, and facial features. Use the sliders to adjust each attribute to your liking.
  5. 5. After customising your avatar's appearance, click ‘Save’.
  6. 6. On the next screen, you'll be given the option to add accessories to your avatar. You can choose from a variety of items, such as hats, glasses, and jewellery.
  7. 7. Once you're happy with your avatar's appearance, click ‘Finish’.
  8. 8. Your avatar will now be saved to your Decentraland account. You can access it by clicking on the ‘My Avatar’ button in the top-right corner of the screen.
